simultaneously, others prefer to alternate.
Please note that we have a
very good substitute system in place!
Before beginning Area Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration, our ministry was consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and She continues to help us on our journey.
Our Lady of Loretto Adoration Chapel is hosted by the Church of Ss. Peter & Paul in conjunction with the churches of St. Thomas the Apostle in Corcoran, St. Anne’s in Hamel, and other surrounding parishes.
Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration takes place in Our Lady of Loretto Adoration Chapel, located in the old convent at Ss. Peter and Paul, Loretto, MN. The chapel is open seven days a week, 24 hours a day, except during the Easter Triduum and during weather emergencies.
“The Church and the world have a great need of Eucharistic adoration.
Jesus waits for us in this sacrament of love. Let us be generous
with our time in going to meet Him in adoration, and in
contemplation that is full of faith and ready to make reparation for
the great faults and crimes of the world. May our adoration never cease.”
~ Saint John Paul II
For our Lord to be exposed perpetually in the Blessed Sacrament, the chapel must have at least one person present with Him at all times. While our purpose is to adore Him, each adorer also plays the role of guardian. With our strong substitute system, occasional absences are not a problem, and snowbirds are able to fly south for the winter.
